Yajiyoa Tuhe - Home of Blue Love (Underground)
Credit: Made by Mote with Inkarnate
An underground town on the border of the Peaceful Wilds' Underground and the Gleaming Enclave, named after the first Velilyevat to ever live there (who has since passed away). The town has recently expanded with refugees of Nivikt and Yevat alike.
Lunaituhei (underground)

Jalat, teskavtlej! Welcome to Lunaituhei! We are one of many belonging to the Port of Whispers. What's that? Why is the town so large, you wonder? This map is actually smaller than you think! Lunaituhei is made up of many, many small islands - what you call an archipelago - but we are as unified as our lands are scattered. It's very easy for locals to make the journey from one island to the other; as deyevatem we learn where the land bridges appear at low tide so we can cross. If the rivers are shallow enough, we can even swim! The tides can be fickle, though, and sometimes the rivers burst their banks and flood the islands until they disappear. That's why Yevatem build their houses with very tall stilts, so they can stay high and dry! Not everybody does this; Yevatem who live further inland don't have to worry about this, only the ones that live on the edge of the town... most of the time. But enough rambling! Welcome, welcome! Let me show you our lovely town!
The Floating Market (Lunaitsartaeltu'ra): This is the heart of Lunaituhei! Lots of rivers run through Lunaituhei, and where they all meet we join together to buy and sell what we have to offer. You can't travel to the Port of Whispers without hearing about it; merchants come from all around Bothea to tsarta! Everybody sells their wares on boats, and it's very crowded, so be careful and most of all patient. You can find almost anything here - or maybe you are interested in trade yourself?
The Home of the Vadijem (Vadijtuhei): This is where our leaders live. Of course, most of them are the honorable winged Velilyevatem. Long, long ago, our melysteryevatem declared that Lunaituhei should be home to all, and that our leaders must learn to live with everyone the better to understand them. Anyone can look in on the vadijem to talk with them and see how they live, but be careful. The Velilyevatem of Lunaituhei share very powerful visions, and recently they seem worried that something big is about to happen...
The Falls (Lunaihoraem): Deye! A child must've named this mountain range. These peaks are difficult to climb for all but the bravest Yevatem... and someone must have found it funny to see travellers try only to fall down a lot. Like all of Lunaituhei, there is plenty of water to go around; hidden waterfalls and pure springs can be found if one dares to look for them. It is said that these mountains used to have another name, older than any of the melysteryevatem in Lunaituhei, but they have forgotten what it is.
The Horn (Bahasuneltu'rem): These are the little islands of Lunaituhei. There are too many to count, so everyone calls them the Horn, although no one remembers why. If you live here, you're far away from most of the town, so if you like peace and quiet I suppose this is the place for you? It's dangerous to live here, with earthquakes, floods and wild beasts, but it can be rewarding. Yevatem who live in the more stable areas of Lunaituhei will sometimes call Yevatem from here rude because they're loud and don't care what anyone thinks of them; if you live in the Horn, however, everyone knows you're likely good with animals and you will defend your loved ones and tuhei to the death.
Oyevat Ruins: ...I don't remember this being here before... Some old melysteryevat wouldn't shut up about going here. I think his name was Melystervelkao? I haven't seen him for a while.
(There is something scrawled upon a tattered corner of the map. "Lunaituhei was not always so. First we were Varmatiadelertaimtuhei. Then we fell and shattered, and we became Bahavarmatialaskyevatem. The vadijem took away our true name to protect us, to hide us, but they cannot stop what is coming. They know not how the blood chills in the frozen veins of Bothea. The only way to save this town is to bring back my name.")

Lebis (Surface)
Credit: Made by Yoka with DreamAI
Lebis is one of the very rare cities which trives in the desert. It's located between the region of the Arch and the Passage, benefiting from a lot of merchants crossing. It's based atop and inside a very large Oyevat ruin, repurposed into homes. 1. The top of the Oyevat's ruin. It's mostly stone and the temperature here is too hot most of time to wander on it. During cold nights, it sometimes serves for theatrical representations for the people coming from the Arch. 2. Lebis is protected from every possible sandstorm thanks to a chain of small moutains all around. 3. Smaller mountains in the region of Lebis are used as landmarks to locate the city's entrance. 4. A smaller town, named Ilebis ("small Lebis"), evolves in the shadow of Lebis on the flatest part of the mountain. 5. Large uplands encircle the region, mostly compsed with dry deadlands. 6. The merchant paths the most taken have formed roads to Lebis, which are marke on this map to help them find the city's entrance. |
Perbam passage (Surface)
Credit: Made by Yoka with DreamAI
The Perbam passage is located between the mountains of the Little Brother, and the west tip of the sister; above the Vicious Jungle and at the south of the Passage. It's a highly frequented region, for it links the Heart, the Peacful Wilds, and the Arch at the surface. Many paths have made roads that merchants love to roam through, and the region is filled with many small towns to rest. The forests here are light to thick. The Perbam passage owes its name to a local Velilyevat who was know to be a tyran, and reigned on his people with a strong hand while claiming all females for himself. He once set fire to a Yevat's home to punish him for spending too much time with his own daughter. He ended up excluded as valis, but was known to always come back inside of villages to try to take the power back. His name was pretty popular in the past, and a lot of people rememered this region for "Perbam's region." The region is characterized with high moutain peaks that form the end of the Sister peaks. It's also frequented by a lof of valisem who love to create ambushes here and there, so you better take these paths prepared. Sometimes, bribing the Velilyevat of a town in the way may reveal where valisem actually are. |
The Sepertyn world-tree (Surface)
Credit: Made by Yoka with DreamAI
The Sepertyn world-tree is located in A Varveleil's Roar. It's not a very frequented region, but they create a lot of maps such as the one you can see, and distribute it to every merchant passing around to spread the world about their existence. It's a good demonstration of tourism on Bothea!
On this map, the size of the world-tree is exagerated to make it more appealing. It's really large, but it's not as larger as the entire region. 1. The top of the world-tree is not inhabited. It's too high above the clouds and the oxygen is too rare for comfort. The tree is so thick that most homes are carved lower, direclty in the tree bark. 2. Leaders and council rest on a high place nonetheless. 3. You see here the main reason why Sepertyn folks will tell you it's worth coming: there used to be a small Oyevat ruin where the world-tree grew. While growing, it rose the ruin along its body, and it's not stuck between branches are thick as the ruin itself. The ruin is all askew and the floors aren'ts straight inside, but it's truely a unique experience to roam through thee ancient walls while being so high in a tree. Nets have been installed everywhere under the ruin, because in the beginning, some tourists were surprised by the twisted floor and fell through windows. It wasn't so good for the reputation... 4. The tree city afford a fancy statue near its widest entrance. Fancy! 5. They can even afford to breed many animals there! They're protected from local Varveleilem with roofs on their head! How crazy is that? 6. All the north of the tree is reserved for small towns and is fit to host many merchants! They enjoy the tree's shadow during the hottest days. 7. Paths are marked here te help merchants and tourists find their way in the region. 8. "The old Sepertyn." Before settling in the world-tree, Sepertyn was a smal village located far in the south. It's nowadays abandoned, but can still be visited as such. Local folks have notions of urbex, ay! |
